The Coaching Experience Guide
What to expect

1. How am I coached?
I offer phone and video calls as a way of coaching in the comfort of your own home. The first couple of Coaching sessions are best weekly whilst you get into the rhythm of it.

2. How often?
On average I coach clients once every two weeks, but as some clients grow in confidence, they like to be coached once a month, this spreads the sessions out and means they have more time to practice being self motivated (and motivated by time spent with your pet of course. )

3. Coaching session process
We will have a coaching introduction call, to make sure it is right for you. In the coaching sessions we will find out your overall goal, find your obstacles and make an action plan session by session on how to overcome them.

4. Coaching contract
Once you have decided coaching is for you, I will send you a contract for you to read through and sign in your own time. This will include the number of sessions, the cost and any T&C's.

5. Action steps
In between each session you will have made action steps to achieve that will stretch and challenge you, feeling motivated that you can do this!

6. Prices and packages

Coaching packages are the best
investment for your personal growth and in commiting to achieving your long lost goals.I offer 4 or 6 coaching sessions in a package and you can spread this out in your own chosen time frame.
