We take your privacy seriously. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any personal information you share with us — such as your name, email address, or details shared during coaching sessions — is securely stored, used only for the purpose of providing our services, and never shared without your consent. In our Coaching Sessions I will always share at the beginning the full confidentiality agreement. While all sessions are confidential, I am legally and ethically required to break confidentiality if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your data at any time.

I have insurance and I take every effort to insure everything is confidential and protected.

Mental Health First Aid Trained

Having poor mental health is very troubling and I have personal experience of this of panic/ anxiety attacks, that's why I decided to do the First Aid Course!
