What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is someone who guides the process to help individuals:
- Gain clarity on your here and now
- Become more self aware
- Grow in confidence
- Overcome challenges
- Decide your own goals
- Make your own actionable steps
A life coach helps someone to go forwards in life by providing guidance, accountability, and support, empowering clients to identify their goals, develop actionable plans, and unlock their full potential.
What isn't a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is not a therapist. A therapist can make a diagnosis and will focus on helping a person heal from past trauma, treat anxiety, or depression.
Life coaching is forward focused and designed to help people thrive in the present and build a fulfilling future. A Life Coach will not advise, diagnosis or mentor you. They will empower you to think for yourself and re-gain your confidence and guide you to reach goals!

Whilst guiding them toward habits and mindsets that promote lasting wellbeing.
